• We want you to be happy with everything you order from us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to get a return/exchange approved.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted provided the item has not been worn or used and is in the original packaging. We will approve returns if we made a mistake on your order (shipped the wrong item) or the item is defective. We do not accept returns for issues such as color matching, wrong size selection, fabric selection, custom orders, or wedding cancellations! Please be 100% sure of the size you choose and we will provide color matching samples and help you choose fabrics. Every item in our store is handmade.
• If we have approved a return, please return the item within 14 days of receiving it. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
